先端のAI技術およびデータサイエンス技術で、金融サービス及び社内の課題解決に取り組みます。
<仕事内容>
為替リスクヘッジアルゴリズムの開発や弊社サービスのバックエンドデータ処理開発、顧客に対するデータ分析コンサルティング業務、生成AIを用いた社内の業務効率化、顧客のサービス利用状況把握の自動化などを行います。それぞれが担当する分野で、課題の発見、データやプログラムの分析、解決策の検討・実装や導入などを行います。

・N2程度の日本語力
・プログラミング経験(目安:1年以上)※開発規模や言語は問いません。実務での経験ではない自主学習による経験も可
・データ分析経験をお持ちの方(統計・機械学習)実務での経験ではない自主学習による経験も可
・金融分野の技術開発やAI技術、データサイエンスに対する興味関心がある方
▼歓迎要件
・Python, R, java, phpでの開発/利用経験、その他オブジェクト指向言語の利用経験など
・生成AIを活用したサービスリリースへの参画経験(チャットボットや文章生成、RAG等)
・確率過程などの高度な数学を利用したモデルの研究または開発経験
・大量データや画像、テキスト情報を用いた分析経験
・クラウド上で動作するサービスの開発、構築、運用経験など
・データベースの構築、運用経験など
・英語でのコミュニケーションが取れる方、意欲がある方
・ご自身の専攻に対する深い理解

・Japanese language proficiency equivalent to N2 level

・Experience in development/use of Python, R, Java, PHP, or other object-oriented languages.
・Experience participating in the release of services utilizing generative AI (chatbots, text generation, RAG, etc.)
・Research or development experience using advanced mathematics such as stochastic processes.
・Experience in analysis using large amounts of data, images, and text information.
・Experience in developing, building, and operating services that run on the cloud.
・Experience in building and operating databases.
