仕事内容Job description As a member of the Information Systems team, you will be responsible for managing product master data while supporting the operation of the company’s ERP and business systems.
This is a core role that supports our manufacturing operations and directly contributes to business growth.
Responsibilities and Work Allocation (%)
A. Product Master Data Management (70%)
A critical role supporting smooth company-wide operations through accurate product data management.
Systems:
• ERP core system
• PING eBIZ (B2B web ordering system)
B. EDI Operations (10%)
Ensuring stable data integration with business partners—an important function that directly impacts customer experience.
C. Business System Operations (10%)
Supporting workflow efficiency and internal process improvement.
Examples:
• Workflow creation (Forms & Flow)
D. Service Desk Support (10%)
Providing internal IT support and resolving issues raised by business departments.
Examples:
• Communication and reporting to the U.S. headquarters as needed

Future Scope Expansion
Opportunities to expand responsibilities include:
• Product master registration and updates in ERP (Infor M3)
• Creating order configuration screens using Infor CPQ
• Additional ERP administration (user permissions, reporting, etc.)
• Operation and support of Microsoft products
• Business process digitization using Microsoft Power Platform
• Implementation, operation, and support of third-party IT tools introduced by the IT department
応募資格Requirement Required Qualifications
• Basic IT literacy (Microsoft Access basics, Microsoft Office, Excel functions such as VLOOKUP)
• Experience in data management (product master data, sales data, or similar—industry not required)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and updates
• Business-level Japanese communication skills (especially speaking ability)
Preferred Qualifications
• Programming experience (any language)
• Basic English reading/writing skills (email communication level)
• Experience using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Dynamics)
• Basic database knowledge (SQL fundamentals)

Annual salary system (paid in 12 installments):
JPY 4,000,000 – 6,000,000 per year

Includes:
• Base salary from JPY 269,521/month
• Fixed overtime allowance from JPY 63,812/month (25 hours)

• Probation period: 3 months (no change in conditions)

Commuting Allowance
Provided according to company policy
