仕事内容Job description	各種大手製造業クライアント向けのシステム開発プロジェクトにて、プロジェクト・マネージャー、PMO支援、要件定義などの上流工程、製造をご担当いただく方を募集しております。本ポジションのアサイン例として、現在、以下のようなプロジェクトが進行しています。・大手医療機器メーカー様向け　主力医療機器製品設計・開発プロジェクト・医療ソリューション・プロバイダー様向け　電子カルテプロジェクト・医療AIソリューション・プロバイダー様向け　AI製品開発プロジェクト・大手製造業の社内システム刷新プロジェクト・大手製造業の工場DX推進プロジェクト・某通信会社の新規サービス開発プロジェクト ①シニアプロジェクトマネージャーお客様とコミュニケーションを取りながら、プロジェクトチームの責任者として、複数プロジェクトの進捗管理、品質管理、課題・リスク管理、変更管理、コスト管理を行い、プロジェクトをリードしていただきます。また一部要件定義にも携わっていただきます。 ②PMO クライアントにおけるプロジェクト全体のWBS管理、課題管理を支援し、各チーム間で整合性のある作業計画の調整などをご担当いただきます。 ③上流SE クライアントの製品要求仕様、マーケティングニーズなどをヒアリングによって把握し、クライアントとコミュニケーションを取りながら要件を満たす機能要件を定義・設計し、機能要求仕様書、UI仕様書などの要件定義書を作成していただきます。 ④JavaSE・BSE 製造業界を中心としたお客様の様々なシステム開発に携わっていただきます。 Javaを利用し、要件定義・設計・製造・リバースエンジニアリングなどオフショア部隊と連携しながらシステム開発における上流工程から下流工程までのすべての経験ができます。 You will be in charge of upstream processes such as project manager, PMO support, requirement definition, and manufacturing in system development projects for various major manufacturing clients. Eexamples of assignments for this position. ・Design and development projects for a major medical device manufacturer for their main medical device products. ・Electronic medical record project for a medical solution provider ・AI product development project for a medical AI solution provider ・Internal system renewal project for a major manufacturing company ・Factory DX promotion project for a major manufacturing company ・New service development project for a telecommunication company 1) Senior Project Manager While communicating with customers, you will lead projects as a project team leader by managing progress, quality, issues and risks, change management, and costs for multiple projects. You will also be involved in the definition of some requirements. 2) PMO The PMO is responsible for supporting the client's overall project WBS management, issue management, and coordination of work plans to ensure consistency among the various teams. 3) Upstream SE You will be responsible for understanding the client's product requirement specifications, marketing needs, etc. through interviews, defining and designing functional requirements to fulfill the requirements while communicating with the client, and creating requirement definition documents such as functional requirement specifications and UI specifications. 4) JavaSE and BSE You will be involved in the development of various systems for clients mainly in the manufacturing industry. Using Java, you will be involved in requirement definition, design, manufacturing, reverse engineering, etc. in cooperation with offshore units. You will be able to experience everything from upstream to downstream processes in system development.
応募資格Requirement	【必須要件】 ①シニアプロジェクトマネージャー・プロジェクトマネジメント経験5年以上・要件定義書作成経験3年以上・ビジネスレベル以上の日本語力 ②PMO ・プロジェクトマネジメント経験5年以上・ソフトウェア開発関連の知識を持っている方・企画支援、プロジェクト管理支援等できる方・長期的に同じ現場で仕事できる方・ビジネスレベル以上の日本語力 ③上流SE ・プロジェクトマネジメント経験1年以上・要件定義書作成経験1年以上・ソフトウェア設計書作成経験1年以上・ビジネスレベル以上の日本語力 ④-1JavaSE ・Java開発経験5年以上・上流工程(要件定義、設計)経験3年以上・ビジネスレベル以上の日本語力 ④-2JavaBSE ・JavaにおけるWebシステム開発経験(3年以上) ・基本設計からシステム試験まで一人で動ける方・ネイティブレベルの中国語能力・ビジネスレベルの日本語能力【歓迎要件】・製造業向け・医療関連のソフトウェア開発経験がある方・PMP資格を持つ方・日本語、中国語のどちらかがネイティブレベルで、もう一方がビジネスレベル・チームリーダーやBSEなどの経験・DB設計やパフォーマンスチューニングなどが可能な方・Linuxコマンド継続使用経験1年以上・アジャイル開発経験・AWSまたはGCP、Azure上での開発経験・Javaにおけるリバースエンジニアリング(デコンパイラ)経験・Scrumマスター経験 [Requirements] 1) Senior Project Manager ・At least 5 years of experience in project management ・At least 3 years of experience in writing requirement definitions ・Japanese language skills of business level or above 2) PMO ・At least 5 years of project management experience ・Knowledge of software development ・Those who can support planning, project management, etc. ・Person who can work at the same site for a long period of time ・Japanese language skills of business level or above 3) Upstream SE ・More than 1 year of experience in project management ・At least 1 year of experience in requirement definition ・At least 1 year of experience in creating software design documents ・Japanese language skills of business level or above 4)-1 JavaSE ・At least 5 years of experience in Java development ・3 years or more of experience in upstream process (requirement definition, design) ・Japanese language skills of business level or above 4)-2 JavaBSE ・Experience in Java web system development (more than 3 years) ・Able to work alone from basic design to system testing ・Native level Chinese ability ・Business level Japanese [Preferred requirements] ・Experience in software development for manufacturing and medical related fields. ・PMP certification ・Native level of either Japanese or Chinese and business level of the other ・Experience as a team leader or BSE ・ Experience in DB design and performance tuning ・At least 1 year of experience using Linux commands ・Experience in agile development ・Experience in development on AWS, GCP or Azure ・Experience in reverse engineering (decompiler) in Java ・Scrum master experience
