会社概要Company profile This is with a deep-tech startup developing and commercializing world-leading neutral-atom quantum computing systems, one of the most promising next-generation computing architectures.

The company was established in collaboration with leading quantum physics research groups in Japan and is working toward the practical realization of quantum computers as a next-generation computational platform. Through joint research initiatives with universities, national laboratories, and global technology partners, the team is advancing quantum hardware development for future industrial applications and international markets.

Quantum computing is expected to transform industries such as:

drug discovery
advanced materials design
artificial intelligence
financial optimization
energy systems

Among multiple quantum architectures, the company focuses on neutral-atom quantum computing, widely considered one of the most scalable and promising approaches for large-scale quantum processors.

This role offers a rare opportunity to contribute not only to research infrastructure but also to the real-world deployment and industrialization of next-generation computing technology.
仕事内容Job description Role Overview
This position leads the design and development of the compiler layer that translates logical quantum circuits into executable hardware-level control sequences for real quantum devices.
As a specialist in this domain, you will play a central role in bridging quantum algorithms and physical hardware execution.

Responsibilities
Design and implement compiler software that converts physical quantum circuits (including gate operations and quantum error correction rounds) into executable hardware control sequences
Develop scheduling algorithms that account for:
• qubit array layouts
• atom transport operations
• pulse timing constraints
Define and maintain input/output interface specifications with the middleware control layer
Implement and validate logical-to-physical circuit translation pipelines incorporating quantum error correction (QEC)
Collaborate closely with quantum physicists and hardware engineers on:
• specification reviews
• simulation-based validation of execution behavior

Why This Role Is Unique
Rare opportunity to design a quantum computing compiler stack from the earliest stage of system development—an area with very few precedents worldwide
Work directly with quantum physicists to translate physical constraints into software architecture and compiler logic
Bridge research-grade quantum error correction algorithms with production-ready implementation—at the intersection of academia and engineering
Join as an early team member supporting the simultaneous launch of the first-generation and next-generation quantum processors scheduled for Q3 2026
応募資格Requirement Required Qualifications (Must-have)
Candidates must meet all of the following requirements:
At least 3 years of hands-on experience in the design and development of compilers, interpreters, or domain-specific languages (DSLs)
Experience implementing scheduling algorithms or sequence generation systems for environments requiring real-time or timing-constrained execution
Experience developing large-scale software systems in Python, including:
• architecture design
• testing
• CI workflows
Business-level English proficiency for technical communication within a global team
Ability to independently study and understand technical papers and specifications in unfamiliar domains

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-have)
Experience leading the definition and documentation of interface specifications across multiple engineering teams
Experience reading academic papers related to quantum information or quantum error correction (QEC)
Experience working with quantum circuit description formats such as:
• OpenQASM
• QIR
Experience developing systems involving FPGA control or real-time operating systems (RTOS)
Experience developing compilers or transformation tools for high-reliability systems, such as those used in:
• semiconductor manufacturing
• medical systems
• aerospace
• power infrastructure
• transportation infrastructure
