仕事内容Job description [Role Overview]
We are seeking an Infrastructure Engineer responsible for building and maintaining the experimental network, server infrastructure, observability platform, and security architecture that support cutting-edge quantum computing research environments.

Your work will directly enable researchers to continue operating without interruption in one of the most advanced experimental domains in modern science.

[Responsibilities]
Design, build, and operate experimental network and Linux server infrastructure
(low-latency, high-reliability, redundant architecture)

Develop observability platforms including:
-metrics collection
-visualization dashboards
-anomaly detection alerts
(using tools such as Grafana)

Design and implement secure connectivity architectures with:
-external research institutes
-collaboration partners
-customers

Build auto-calibration infrastructure for quantum computer control parameters such as:
-laser output power
-frequency
-timing synchronization

Design and operate:
-security policies
-access control systems
-permission management frameworks
-logging architectures

応募資格Requirement [Requirements (Must-Have)]
Candidates must meet all of the following requirements:
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience designing, building, and operating Linux servers and network infrastructure

Practical experience in network architecture design, including:
-VLAN
-firewall configuration
-redundancy
-bandwidth planning

Experience implementing observability / monitoring platforms such as:
-Prometheus
-Grafana
-Zabbix

Experience designing and implementing:
-security policies
-access control architectures

Ability to independently understand technical specifications in unfamiliar domains and translate them into production-ready infrastructure systems

[Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have)]
Experience working as an SRE or infrastructure engineer in:
-research institutes
-advanced R&D environments
-deep-tech organizations

Experience supporting experimental, measurement, or manufacturing-related systems through software or network infrastructure

Experience building infrastructure automation or workflow platforms using:
-Python or similar scripting languages
