仕事内容Job description Key Responsibilities
・Website & E-commerce Optimization:
Manage and enhance our proprietary website and multiple e-commerce platforms to ensure high performance and a seamless, best-in-class UX.

・System Integration & Data Flow:
Architect and optimize data flows by integrating core systems, including EC, CRM, and ERP, ensuring seamless interoperability.

・Data Consolidation & Infrastructure:
Build and maintain a robust environment for internal data integration and visualization, focusing on a highly accurate and scalable data foundation.

・Business Intelligence (BI) Development:
Develop real-time dashboards for tracking KPIs and sales performance to drive data-driven decision-making.

・Workflow Automation:
Identify and automate manual business processes using Microsoft Power Automate and other automation frameworks.

・Internal Tooling & App Development:
Design, develop, and iterate on internal-facing applications and lightweight tools to improve organizational efficiency.

・Tech Trend Adoption:
Stay ahead of emerging technology trends and strategically apply them to scale our e-commerce business.
応募資格Requirement ● Deep experience with Shopify’s ecosystem, including Theme/App development and the storefront APIs.
● Strong command of modern front-end frameworks (React, Vue) and back-end environments (Node.js, Python, or .NET).
● Proven ability to work with REST/GraphQL APIs and manage relational databases (SQL) with a focus on data accuracy.
● Automation Mindset: You don’t just fix problems; you automate the solution. Familiarity with Microsoft Power Automate is a significant plus.
● Global Mindset: Ability to engineer solutions that handle multi-currency, multi-language, and international logistics complexities.
● Ownership: You take personal responsibility for code quality, deployment deadlines, and the performance of the systems you build
