仕事内容Job description ■ Recruitment Background
Their tea business, launched in 2024, is expanding steadily, primarily through direct exports to specialty cafes in North America. Going forward, they aim to expand their export destinations and broaden their tea portfolio, simultaneously developing new markets and deepening their presence in existing ones. To strengthen this structure, They are recruiting a dedicated overseas sales member.

■ Job Summary
Currently, the tea business team consists of three members, with separate back-office and logistics staff. Working closely with the business manager, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

1. New Market Development (Asia, Middle East, Europe)
* Target market research and initial approaches, participation in local trade shows and business meetings, negotiations with distributors and cafe operators, etc.
2. Expansion of Existing Markets (North America)
* B2B sales to specialty cafes in North America (new business development and deepening relationships with existing customers), visits to local cafes, sampling, order acquisition, building customer relationships, managing repeat orders, etc.
3. Building a Sales Base and Export-Related Operations
* Creation and management of prospect customer lists, preparation of proposals and quotations, collaboration with the internal supply team (procurement and logistics) and Japanese tea producing regions, etc. As this is a startup phase, you will be broadly involved in tasks related to sales activities.
