仕事内容Job description
Job Overview
You will be responsible for the planning, operation, and optimization of various online advertising channels to maximize customer acquisition and sales for our in-house EC site and related online services.

Key Responsibilities
・Campaign Management: Create and manage ad campaigns across Google Ads, Yahoo! Ads, Social Media, and Email; handle bidding adjustments and keyword selection.
・Performance Monitoring: Conduct daily monitoring of campaign performance and execute A/B testing to drive continuous improvement.
・Budget & Reporting: Manage advertising budgets and prepare performance reports while collaborating closely with the marketing team.
・Data Analysis: Analyze delivery results based on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CV, CPA, and ROAS.
・Creative Direction: Coordinate with creative teams for the production of landing pages (LPs), banners, and other ad assets.
・Strategic Planning: Develop and verify the effectiveness of initiatives for new customer acquisition, retargeting, and upselling/cross-selling.
・Cross-functional Collaboration: Execute campaign planning in partnership with Sales, Customer Service (CS), and other internal departments.
・Knowledge Management: Accumulate and standardize operational best practices and internal advertising knowledge.
応募資格Requirement ・Experience in digital advertising operations (e.g., Google Ads, Social Media Ads, etc.).
・Business-level proficiency in English and Japanese.
