This company is a Japan-based human resources services provider specializing in the recruitment and support of international talent. Since its establishment in 2008, the company has offered end-to-end support covering recruitment, onboarding, and retention of foreign professionals—particularly under Japan’s Specified Skilled Worker (SSW) visa program.
As a member of the Super Hotel Group, the company has leveraged its operational experience in service industries such as hospitality, nursing care, and healthcare since around 2012 to develop strong expertise in foreign talent recruitment and training. To date, the company has supported the placement and retention of more than 2,000 international workers in Japan.

仕事内容Job description |
インド北東部における日本語学校および送り出し機関(人材会社)の設立・運営を主導していただきます。
• インド北東部での現地法人設立手続きの推進
• 日本語学校の立ち上げ・カリキュラム策定・運営管理
• 送り出し機関(人材エージェント会社)のライセンス取得・事業開始
• 現地採用インド人スタッフの採用・育成・マネジメント
• 日本本社との連携・報告業務
• 現地行政機関との折衝・関係構築
■ 拠点設立スケジュール(予定)
フェーズ1 2026年9月まで:インド現地法人設立
フェーズ2 法人設立後~半年~1年:各種ライセンス申請
フェーズ3 2027年以降:日本語学校・人材会社の事業開始
You will lead the establishment and operation of a Japanese language school and a recruitment sending organization (human resources agency) in Northeast India.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading the process of establishing a local subsidiary in Northeast India
Launching and managing a Japanese language school
Designing curriculum and overseeing school operations
Obtaining licenses and launching a recruitment sending organization
Hiring, training, and managing locally recruited Indian staff
Coordinating closely with headquarters in Japan
Building relationships with local government authorities and institutions
Project Timeline (Planned)
Phase 1
Establish local subsidiary in India by September 2026
Phase 2
Apply for necessary licenses (approximately 6–12 months after company establishment)
Phase 3
Launch operations of the Japanese language school and recruitment agency from 2027 onward |
