仕事内容Job description Responsibilities
Community Design & Operations
Plan and manage programs that strengthen relationships among residents (cultural exchange events, career workshops, Dream Sharing sessions, etc.)
Design and deliver onboarding experiences for new residents
Monitor community health (participation rates, satisfaction levels, etc.) and implement improvement initiatives
Support conflict resolution and mentoring among residents
Assist with recruitment of Resident Assistants (RA), design and manage training programs, and oversee shift and labor management
Expand programs through collaboration with universities, companies, and NGOs
Collect stories and materials from community activities for external communications
PR & Media Relations
Develop mid- to long-term PR strategies to increase awareness of the “Residential Education” category
Plan, write, and distribute press releases (e.g., PR TIMES)
Plan and execute media outreach campaigns and build relationships with journalists and editors
Execute PR initiatives across multiple sectors (education, real estate, business, lifestyle)
Approach international media (including English press release creation)
Build relationships with KOLs and influencers and coordinate speaking opportunities at industry conferences
Content & Brand Storytelling
Interview residents and create articles and videos highlighting their growth stories
Plan and manage SNS strategies (Instagram / X / TikTok / LinkedIn)
Operate owned media platforms such as note and the corporate blog
Create global-facing content (English articles and LinkedIn posts)
Support recruitment branding through platforms like Wantedly and corporate media
Direct external creators (writers, photographers, designers)
応募資格Requirement Required
At least 3 years of combined experience in two or more of the following areas:
Community management / event planning
PR / corporate communications
Content marketing / social media operations
Business-level Japanese (fluent) and English (business level or above)
Ability to write articles, press releases, and social media content in both Japanese and English
Preferred
Experience in media relations
Video production or editing skills
Proven results in SNS follower growth and engagement improvement
Experience in education, real estate, or hospitality industries
Experience as a Resident Assistant (RA) or dormitory leader
Experience living in a share house or student residence
Study abroad or overseas living experience
Chinese language skills

Probation period: Yes

Working schedule:
Flexible monthly working hour system
(4 statutory days off per 4 weeks; additional days depending on role, department, responsibilities, and timing)

Overtime:
Includes fixed overtime allowance equivalent to 45 hours
(actual overtime typically ranges between 0–40 hours depending on individual)
