 仕事内容Job description |
保険業界をターゲットにしたテスティングサービスの立ち上げ、クライアントへの導入までを担うポジションとなります。
具体的には、システム保守案件(機能追加改修プロジェクト)でのテスト領域のデリバリーにおける各種マネジメント、サービス改善、顧客対応などの業務をご担当いただきます。
テストの専門家としてシステム開発におけるテスティング業務でシステム品質の確保とテストの効率化を推進し、お客様のシステム開発全体の改善を目指す役割となります。
This position is responsible for the launch of testing services targeting the insurance industry and the implementation of these services for our clients.
Specifically, you will be responsible for various management, service improvement, and customer support tasks in the delivery of the testing area for system maintenance projects (functionality addition and modification projects).
The role will be to ensure system quality and promote testing efficiency in system development testing operations as a testing expert, aiming to improve the overall system development of the client. |
