本ポジションは、海外向けゲームメディア「GameWith」の事業部長候補として、事業の売上成長を担う戦略立案からコンテンツ制作まで一挙にご担当いただきます。
グローバルメディアの価値向上、PV増加、および収益化の実現をミッションとし、事業全体の成長を現場・経営視点から牽引いただくことを期待しています。
GameWith's mission is to "create a world where games can be enjoyed even more." They are driving the development of the game industry and improving the status of gamers by building a foundation for people to "be passionate about games, connect through games, and be proud to make games their career."
They listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Mothers market in 2017 and moved to the Tokyo Stock Exchange First Section in August 2019 (currently listed on the Standard market, stock code 6552).
Based on their established media business foundation in Japan, they are accelerating their expansion into the global market. Going forward, they strongly aim to expand the title coverage of their global media and dramatically increase their user base.
This position is for a candidate for Business Unit Manager of their overseas game media "GameWith," where you will be responsible for everything from strategic planning to content creation to drive sales growth.
Your mission is to enhance the value of their global media, increase page views, and achieve monetization. They expect you to drive the overall growth of the business from both a field and management perspective. |
 仕事内容Job description |
・自律型AIエージェントの設計・実装:ゲームの構造理解や高度な意思決定を行うエージェントの構築。
・データ資産化戦略:AIが学習・推論しやすいデータ構造を設計し、メディアが持つ膨大なデータをAI時代の資産へ昇華させる。
・技術検証(PoC)とプロダクト実装:曖昧な要件から仮説を立て、素早い検証から実サービスへの組み込み、運用・改善まで一貫して担当。
• Design and implementation of autonomous AI agents: Building agents that understand game structures and make complex decisions.
• Data assetization strategy: Designing data structures that are easy for AI to learn and reason from, transforming the vast amounts of media data into assets for the AI era.
• Proof of Concept (PoC) and product implementation: Developing hypotheses from vague requirements, conducting rapid verification, integrating into actual services, and handling operation and improvement from start to finish. |
 応募資格Requirement |
①AI・機械学習領域の実装経験(3年以上、またはそれに準ずる実績)
バックエンドまたはフロントエンドの開発経験をベースに、AIモデルの実装、RAG(検索拡張生成)の構築、あるいはエージェント設計のいずれか実務経験があること。
②データ設計・パイプライン構築の経験
AIが学習・推論しやすいデータ構造(ベクトルDB、グラフ構造、メタデータ設計など)の設計経験。
既存データの活用だけでなく、ログ設計やデータ収集フローの構築に関わった経験。
③AI開発ツールの日常的な活用
Cursor、GitHub Copilot、Windsurf、DevinなどのAIコーディングエージェントを実務で徹底活用し、開発スピードを高めていること。
④ドキュメンテーション能力
arXiv等の論文や技術ドキュメントを読み込み、数理的・技術的背景を理解した上で、技術選定の根拠を言語化した経験。
① Implementation experience in the AI/machine learning field (3 years or more, or equivalent experience): Practical experience in one of the following: AI model implementation, RAG (Search Augmentation Generator) construction, or agent design, based on backend or frontend development experience.
② Data design and pipeline construction experience: Experience designing data structures that facilitate AI learning and inference (vector databases, graph structures, metadata design, etc.). Experience not only in utilizing existing data but also in log design and data collection flow construction.
③ Daily use of AI development tools: Thorough practical use of AI coding agents such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Windsurf, and Devin to accelerate development speed.
④ Documentation skills: Experience reading papers and technical documents such as arXiv, understanding the mathematical and technical background, and articulating the rationale for technology selection. |

* Transportation Allowance: Up to 2,000 yen per day round trip
