 仕事内容Job description |
某大手生命保険企業の社内・社外向けシステムの大型刷新開発プロジェクトで、プレイングマネージャとして下記のような業務を担当いただきます。
・プロジェクト全体管理、顧客折衝
・要件定義、設計、調査分析、移行ツールの開発支援
・OFFメンバーへの作業指示(仕様伝達等)、成果物レビュー
・プロジェクトのスケジュール把握、進捗管理、及びコントロール
・BSEとして中国オフショアと顧客の連携
As a playing manager, you will be in charge of the following tasks in a large-scale renovation project for internal and external systems of a major life insurance company.
・ Overall project management, customer negotiation
・ Requirements definition, design, survey analysis, development support for migration tools
・ Work instructions (specification transmission, etc.) to OFF members, product reviews
・ Project schedule grasping, progress management, and control
・ Collaboration between China offshore and customers as BSE |

・オープン系開発経験(Java、JavaScript、C#、.Net)5年以上
・基本設計のご経験
・ビジネスレベルの日本語力
