仕事内容Job description [Background]
We operate a multi-faceted travel platform providing essential services for both international visitors to Japan and domestic travelers, including rental Wi-Fi, eSIM, Shinkansen ticket reservations, and airport taxi arrangements.

Our marketing team is currently in a major transition phase. We are moving beyond simple "ad operations support for individual businesses" toward a cross-organizational structure aimed at maximizing Operating Profit and LTV (Lifetime Value) across our entire service portfolio.

Key priorities include "profit-based budget optimization" via cross-service dashboards and "maximizing repeat users/cross-selling" through CRM. While the foundation is currently being built, we are seeking a dedicated specialist to further advance these initiatives and accelerate data-driven decision-making.

[Key Responsibilities]
1. Data Visualization & Reporting Optimization
Take over and continuously improve existing master sheets and profit management dashboards (integrating ad spend, revenue, and COGS).

Use Looker Studio to visualize investment efficiency (ROAS/ROI) and operating profit across all channels (Google/Meta Ads, Affiliates, etc.) and services.

Standardize and automate weekly/monthly marketing reports.

2. CRM (Email Marketing) Analysis & Growth Acceleration
Monitor performance and optimize delivery journeys for existing automated email sequences (step emails).

Analyze Open Rates, CTR, and CVR, as well as Churn and Retention rates to propose and execute improvement measures.

Calculate incremental revenue and profit generated by CRM initiatives; collaborate with marketing leads to expand mid-to-long-term CRM strategies (e.g., designing new customer journeys and segments).

3. CVR Improvement & Test Analysis Support
Support the design of A/B tests for Landing Pages (LPs), order forms, and pricing/plan displays.

Calculate the impact of test results (on CVR/CPA) and coordinate with PMs and development teams to implement next actions.

4. Data Infrastructure for Future MMM & AI Integration
Organize and unify tracking definitions and naming conventions (UTM parameters, event names, etc.).

Support the construction of scalable data structures in preparation for Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) and AI-driven advertising optimization.

応募資格Requirement [Requirements (Must-Have)]
-Professional Experience: 3 to 7 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, E-commerce, or a related field. (We welcome candidates from both in-house teams and advertising agencies, provided you have a strong track record of driving improvements based on data).
-Technical Hands-on Experience: Practical experience in at least one of the following:
Web analysis and reporting (e.g., GA4).
-CRM/MA tool operations (e.g., KARTE, b→dash, Salesforce, HubSpot).
-Business Acumen & Numerical Literacy: A deep understanding of the correlations between Revenue, Gross Profit, Operating Profit, CPA, and ROAS. You should be comfortable discussing "profit-based" strategies with management and department leads.

Language Proficiency:
-Japanese: Business level (ability to collaborate smoothly with various internal departments).
-English: Business level (reading/writing technical documentation and occasional coordination with overseas teams).

[Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Have)]
-Experience in data extraction and aggregation using SQL (e.g., BigQuery).
-Experience in end-to-end Customer Journey design and optimization within a CRM framework.
-Industry knowledge in Travel, Inbound Tourism, or OTA (Online Travel Agency) sectors.

[Required Tools]
GA4: Proficiency in tracking settings, exploration reports, and basic operations.
Looker Studio: Experience in building and maintaining automated dashboards.
Excel / Google Sheets: Advanced skills (complex formulas, pivot tables, and data manipulation).
