They provide essential solutions to various challenges in the healthcare and welfare industries.
Our hiring company is seriously considering in-house system development.
They are currently in the phase of considering where to begin in-house development and which systems to redesign, and with what philosophy.
They are looking for engineers to work with us from the requirements and concept stages.

・学校法人向けワークフローシステム開発
・授業評価アンケートMAツール型システム開発
・学納金管理システム開発
・ユーザー数年間3万人以上の学生管理システム開発
・大学機関向け教育プラットフォーム開発
◇自社内製化(DX推進)事業
(業務開発)
・レガシーシステムのフルリプレイスを目的としたスクラッチ開発
・業界固有の課題に対応した自社向けMA-SFA-CRMシステムの企画・設計・開発
・エクセル等手作業である定型作業のフルオート化
(AI関連開発)
・人材マッチングAIおよびそのアルゴリズムの研究・実装
・深層学習技術(深層畳み込みニューラルネットワーク)を用いたデータ自動監査システムの開発

・言語に縛られないマルチプラットフォーム構築

■ Job Description
You will be participating in one of the following projects:
◇ System development contract for a group company
・Workflow system development for an educational institution
・Development of a MA tool-based system for course evaluation surveys
・Development of a tuition fee management system
・Development of a student management system with over 30,000 users per year
・Development of an educational platform for a university
◇ In-house development (DX promotion) project
(Business Development)
・Scratch development aimed at full replacement of legacy systems
・Planning, design, and development of an in-house MA-SFA-CRM system addressing industry-specific challenges
・Full automation of routine manual tasks such as Excel
(AI-related development)
・Research and implementation of talent matching AI and its algorithms
・Development of an automated data audit system using deep learning technology (deep convolutional neural networks)
■ Development Environment
・Language-independent multi-platform development
・Efficient system operation through container orchestration
・Promotion of DevOps development with a focus on pipeline construction
・Emphasis on design and performance
・Primary focus on large-scale, robust system development for enterprises
■ Work Location Supplement
Almost fully remote.
If you are required to work in the office, you will be working at a branch office near your residence.
You will be required to work in the office approximately once every six months.

■必須条件
・ビジネスレベルの日本語力(N1～N2相当)
・何かしらの開発経験をお持ちの方(言語問わず)
WEBサービスが動く仕組みの全体像を理解できており、積極的に現場に入り込み自ら手を動かしてきた経験をお持ちの方
<設計経験だけでなくこれから上流を目指していきたい方やPGからPMにキャリアチェンジしていきたい方歓迎>
■Requirements
- Business-level Japanese language proficiency (N1-N2 equivalent)
- Some development experience (regardless of language)
- Able to understand the overall structure of how web services work and have hands-on experience. |
