仕事内容Job description In this position, you will be responsible for developing the Asian market, with a focus on Korea.
Your mission is to create a market from scratch while proposing and selling our products, primarily to commercial customers such as hotels, restaurants, and cafes.

Because this is an under-established market, you will have considerable discretion in everything from strategy planning to execution, allowing you to bring a Japanese bread brand to the world.

This is a highly challenging and rewarding position for someone who wants to personally promote the value of Japanese manufacturing overseas.

As a local resident, you will work with local distributors to handle sales activities targeting the HORECA (hotels, restaurants, and cafes) market.
By solving customer issues and providing value-added proposals, you will promote the acquisition of new clients and expansion of business with existing clients.

Additionally, as a member of the overseas branch launch team, you are expected to lead the expansion of Style Bread's brand awareness in overseas markets and shape the future of our overseas business.

■ Job Description
1. Sales Activities (Korea Market)
- Planning and executing strategies to achieve sales goals
- Developing new local distributors
- Developing new clients (hotels, restaurants, cafes) in collaboration with distributors
- Building relationships with existing clients and expanding business
- Conducting various research on export raw materials, etc.

2. Work related to establishing a representative office
- Promoting office establishment in collaboration with relevant internal departments and local external experts (lawyers, accountants, etc.)
- Performing various tasks associated with establishing an overseas base

You will conduct your own research and carry out each task while consulting with local law firms.

- Preparation for Expatriation
You will be responsible for various preparations for your expatriate assignment, including obtaining a visa.

■ Post-Joining Training and Work Process
After joining the company, you will undergo approximately one month of training at our domestic office and then proceed with onboarding by accompanying existing team members on their sales activities.
After being assigned to the Global Sales Team, you'll begin by conducting market research in your assigned region and setting appointments with distributors.
You'll then work to coordinate strategies and tactics through weekly Global Sales Team meetings and one-on-one meetings with your supervisor.

■KPIs for the First Six Months
Your first goal will be to secure distributor contracts.
After that, you'll pursue sales targets in accordance with our sales plan.

■About Your Team
The Global Sales Department is headed by a Director, and this structure, reporting directly to the Director, allows for swift decision-making and operational progress.

Each region has one to two representatives.

Offers will be based on Japanese standards.

*May be revised upon arrival to reflect host country standards.

Expected annual salary = Monthly salary x 12 months + bonus twice a year
(Bonus is paid once a year in the first year only)
