仕事内容Job description In this position, you will be responsible for developing the US market, primarily in New York.
Your mission is to create a market from scratch while proposing and selling our products to commercial customers, such as hotels, restaurants, and cafes.

Because this is an underdeveloped market, you will have considerable discretion in everything from strategy planning to execution, and will be able to bring a Japanese bread brand to the world.

This is a highly challenging and rewarding position for those who want to personally promote the value of Japanese manufacturing overseas.

1. Sales Activities (US Market)
- Plan and execute strategies to achieve sales goals
- Develop new local distributors
- Develop new customers (hotels, restaurants, cafes) in collaboration with distributors
- Build relationships with existing customers and expand business
- Conduct various research on export raw materials, etc.

2. Work related to establishing a local subsidiary
- Promote the establishment of a local subsidiary in collaboration with related internal departments, local external experts (lawyers, accountants, etc.), and JETRO
- Perform various tasks related to the establishment of an overseas base

You will conduct your own research, consulting with local law firms, and carry out each task.

・Preparation for Expatriation
You will be proactive in preparing for your expatriate assignment, including obtaining a visa.

■Training and Work Process
After joining the company, you will undergo approximately one month of training at our domestic office and then progress through onboarding by accompanying existing team members on their sales activities.
After being assigned to the global sales team, you will begin by conducting market research in your assigned region and setting appointments with distributors.
You will then advance your work by aligning strategies and tactics through weekly global sales team meetings and one-on-one meetings with your supervisor.

■KPIs for the First Six Months
Your initial goal will be to secure distributor contracts.
After that, you will pursue sales targets in accordance with the sales plan.

■About Your Team
The global sales department is headed by a director, allowing for swift decision-making and operational progress under a structure directly reporting to the director.

Each region has one or two staff members.

Expected annual salary = Monthly salary x 12 months + bonus twice a year
