仕事内容Job description Our group is establishing a new Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) position to accelerate the growth of our domestic regenerative medicine clinics and strengthen international patient acquisition.

This is a high-impact role reporting directly to management. You will be responsible for building and expanding a business model that attracts international clients to medical institutions in Japan.

・Brand Presence: Lead the establishment of our brand presence in the global market.
・Strategic Excellence: Select only "winning strategies" and remain committed to delivering overwhelming results.
応募資格Requirement Minimum Requirements:

Language: Fluent in both Japanese and English.

Experience: Approx. 10+ years in marketing.

Global Marketing: Proven track record in international markets (Cross-border, Inbound, etc.).

Digital Expertise: Demonstrated success in generating results through SNS and digital advertising.

Investment Leadership: Experience leading marketing investments on a scale of hundreds of millions of yen with clear ROI.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in high-end/luxury markets or high-ticket products.

Experience in brand strategy and pricing strategy design.

Marketing experience in the medical or healthcare industry.
