欧州系ファームである当社にて、ビジネスアナリストとしてクライアントの変革実現を支援する役割を担います。
自社の中でタスクを抱え込み、ブラックボックスの状態でプロジェクトを進めるのではなく、クライアントリソースもしっかり巻き込んでプロジェクトを進めていきます。シニアコンサルタントは、プロジェクトの内容により、プロジェクトマネージャー、またはメンバーとして、クライアントの変革実現を支援する役割を担います。プロジェクトの全体設計へ関与し、支援を行い、主要タスクの設計・実行責任を持ってご活躍いただけます。
未経験の方でもコンサルタントとして成長できるようにサポートは充実しています!ご入社後はまず、コンサルタントとしての基礎を学ぶために細分化されたタスク(議事録取りや調査、データ分析等)からお任せします。フラットなコミュニケーションを取れるメンバーばかりで、かつ入社後はメンターもつくので業務で困ったことがあっても、すぐに解決できる環境です。
基本的なスキル・知識を向上させながら、自身の強みを中心としたコンサルタントに求められるスキル・知識全体の向上を図っていただきます。
As a business analyst at their European firm, you will support clients in achieving transformation.
Rather than taking on tasks in-house and proceeding with projects as a black box, they fully involve client resources in projects. Depending on the project content, senior consultants will support clients in achieving transformation as either project managers or project members. You will be involved in and support the overall project design, and will be responsible for the design and execution of key tasks.
They offer comprehensive support to help even those with no experience grow as consultants! Upon joining, you will first be assigned subdivided tasks (minute-taking, research, data analysis, etc.) to learn the basics of consulting. They are surrounded by members who are able to communicate on an equal footing, and you will also be assigned a mentor, so any problems you encounter will be resolved quickly.
While improving your basic skills and knowledge, you will also work to improve the overall skills and knowledge required of a consultant, focusing on your own strengths. |

・上級ビジネスレベルの日本語力(外国籍の方の場合、N1相当)
・ビジネスレベルの英語力(目安:TOEIC750点以上)
・構造的思考力、論理的思考力をお持ちの方
