欧州系ファームである当社にて、ビジネスアナリストとしてクライアントの変革実現を支援する役割を担います。未経験の方でもコンサルタントとして成長できるようにサポートは充実しています!
ご入社後はまず、コンサルタントとしての基礎を学ぶために細分化されたタスク(議事録取りや調査、データ分析等)からお任せします。フラットなコミュニケーションを取れるメンバーばかりで、かつ入社後はメンターもつくので業務で困ったことがあっても、すぐに解決できる環境です。
基本的なスキル・知識を向上させながら、自身の強みを中心としたコンサルタントに求められるスキル・知識全体の向上を図っていただきます。
As a business analyst at their European firm, you'll help clients realize transformational change. They offer comprehensive support to help even those with no experience grow as consultants!
After joining, you'll first be assigned specialized tasks (such as taking minutes, conducting research, and analyzing data) to learn the basics of consulting. Their team is staffed with people who communicate on an equal footing, and you'll also be assigned a mentor after joining, so any issues you encounter can be resolved quickly.
While improving your fundamental skills and knowledge, you'll also work to improve the overall skills and knowledge required of a consultant, focusing on your own strengths. |

■必須要件
・上級ビジネスレベルの日本語力(外国籍の方の場合、N1相当)
・ビジネスレベルの英語力(目安:TOEIC750点以上)
・構造的思考力、論理的思考力をお持ちの方

- Business-level English proficiency (e.g., TOEIC score of 750 or above)
