■業務内容
現地の販売拠点への出張やメールや電話でのやり取りが中心となります。現地代理店や現地子会社があるので、出張の際は、代理店や子会社の社員と共にお客様先へ訪問します。本社から持参した最新のニットサンプルや新機能についての説明を行い、現地社員の営業をサポートします。
<詳細>
・お客様先:世界の高級ブランドや有名ファストファッションブランドを始めとし、アパレルブランドが生産を注文するニットメーカーがお客様です。
ご入社後中長期的には新規ルートを作っていただく仕事も担っていただくことになります。
・1～2週間の出張が年に複数回かあります。
出張先は現時点では決まっていませんが、繊維産業なので人件費の低い発展途上国の可能性は高いです。
変更の範囲:会社の定める業務
■ Job Description
Your primary responsibilities will involve communicating with overseas sales offices via email and telephone, as well as conducting business trips to local sites. Working alongside staff from our local agencies and subsidiaries, you will visit clients to provide sales support. This includes presenting the latest knit samples brought from our headquarters and explaining new machine features and technologies.
<Key Details>
Clients: Our clients range from global luxury brands and famous fast-fashion retailers to the knitwear manufacturers that produce their apparel. In the mid-to-long term, you will also be expected to develop and establish new sales channels.
Business Travel: You will be required to go on business trips (typically 1–2 weeks each) several times a year. While specific destinations are not yet fixed, they are likely to be in developing countries where the textile industry thrives due to competitive labor costs.

Probation Period: 3 months
Holidays: Fully two days off per week (Saturdays and Sundays), National Holidays

Overtime: Required (Average within 35 hours/month; may vary during peak seasons).
Smoking Policy: No smoking indoors.

Commuting Allowance: Provided based on company regulations (Car commuting is calculated by distance).
Family Allowance: Spouse: 16,000 JPY/month; First & Second child: 6,000 JPY/month each.
Housing Allowance: 7,500 JPY/month (for those with a spouse).
Note: For single employees relocating from a long distance, an additional 22,500 JPY/month is provided for the first 5 years.
Social Insurance: Full coverage (Health, Pension, Employment, and Workers' Compensation).
