EVを駐車させたいドライバーは、スマートフォンの専用アプリ一つで充電からクレジットカードによる決済までを完了できるサービスです。
充電器設置場所のオーナー向けには管理ダッシュボードも提供しており、ハードとソフト両方のサービス提供で、利便性の向上を図っています。
Their business involves the deployment of chargers to supply power and recharge the batteries of electric vehicles (EVs). We offer a full lineup of three uniquely developed charger types tailored to specific user needs:
・Basic Charging (3kW standard charger): Designed for apartment complexes
・En-route Charging (50-150kW rapid charger): Targeted at municipalities and roadside stations
・Destination Charging (6kW standard charger): For commercial facilities, hotels, and golf courses
EV drivers can conveniently manage the entire charging process, including payment via credit card, using a dedicated smartphone app. For charger site owners, we provide a management dashboard, delivering both hardware and software solutions to enhance usability and convenience. |

QAエンジニアとして、モバイルアプリとWebシステムの開発へのフィードバックを通して、理想を実現にするためのあらゆる開発業務に携わっていただきます。
* 開発プロセス全体の品質向上に向けた戦略策定と実行
* プロジェクトの品質管理および保証
* テスト計画の立案と実行
* 自動化テストの作成と保守を通じたテスト効率化
* ステークホルダーとのコミュニケーションと調整

This is a Senior / Lead QA Developer position with international team members.
As a QA Engineer, you will play a key role in turning ideas into reality by contributing to all aspects of development for mobile applications and web systems through insightful feedback.
* Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall quality of the development process.
* Manage and ensure the quality assurance of projects.
* Plan and execute test strategies.
* Enhance testing efficiency through the creation and maintenance of automated tests.
* Facilitate communication and coordination with stakeholders.
This role requires a proactive approach to quality assurance and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

・QAチームを率いたリーダ経験
・3年以上のWebアプリケーションのテストのご経験(自動テスト、手動テスト問わず)、もしくはそれと同等の経験
・包括的、体系的テスト項目書の作成経験
・英語での優れたコミュニケーション能力(書面および口頭)
・日本の運転免許

・アジャイル開発でのテスト経験
・自動化テストの設計、実装、保守のご経験

[Required skills]
* Experience leading a QA team as a QA leader on a product development team
* 3+ years of experience in planning and implementing web application tests, or equivalent experience (either automation or manual test)
* Experience in creating and managing test matrices (including test cases and test scenarios)
* Communication skills in English, both written and verbal
* Driver's license

* Experience managing and training QA team members
* Experience with test development in an agile environment
* Experience with designing, implementing, and operating automated tests
* Experience developing web applications (any language)
