Their ESG evaluation platform traces the entire supply chain and is used by a diverse range of leading companies, including energy, construction, and apparel. They completed a large round of funding in May 2023 and are aiming for an IPO within the next few years. Their services have been well received by many companies, primarily enterprises. They are looking to further expand their business both domestically and internationally, and are currently seeking a new project manager to serve as a bridge between clients and ensure projects are carried out smoothly and strategically. They welcome candidates who can leverage their knowledge and management skills in the ESG and sustainability fields to help us grow their business together.
仕事内容Job description [Recruitment Background]
In preparation for their upcoming IPO and business expansion, they are seeking a new employee to accompany their company's growth and expand their human resources.

[Mission]
To accelerate sustainability management among Japanese companies through their in-house products and consulting services that enable global supply chain ESG and social impact assessment.

[Job Description]
Propose and support the implementation of AI products that visualize human rights and environmental risks in the supply chain for clients, primarily large publicly listed companies.
New Business Development/Lead Acquisition: Approach leads from exhibitions, seminars, inbound tourism, etc.
Issue Hearing/Proposals: Identify issues and propose solutions for corporate sustainability promotion, corporate planning, and procurement departments.
Implementation Support/Onboarding: Report analysis results and propose improvement cycles (in collaboration with the analysis department).
Product Feedback: Convey customer feedback to the development team (engineers and researchers) to contribute to service improvements.
応募資格Requirement Required Qualifications
● Experience in proposal sales of intangible products (approximately 3 years or more)
● Corporate sales experience (3 years or more)
● Experience in proposal sales of B2B intangible products
● Ability to negotiate with complex stakeholders (management, multiple departments)
● Experience using cutting-edge IT tools, such as generative AI, to achieve results
