Our business includes: -R&D, manufacturing, import/export, and sales of cultured skin, cartilage, bone, and biological products created through cell/tissue culture or combination with artificial materials. -Contract services for cell/tissue preservation, testing, and research. 仕事内容Job description At a world-leading regenerative medicine clinic, you will be responsible for handling inquiries (via email and various SNS) from clients in Western countries, English-speaking regions, and ASEAN countries. You will also provide interpreting services when clients visit the clinic.
応募資格Requirement [Required Qualifications]
-Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher
-Japanese Proficiency: JLPT N1 level
-English Proficiency: Advanced/Fluent level
-Professional Experience: 3+ years of full-time work experience

[Preferred Qualifications]
-Fluency in Korean
-Experience in medical interpretation
-Background in customer support or customer service
-Experience in sales
-Knowledge or experience with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems

Work Location: Tokyo (Minami-Aoyama area) Work Hours: 10:00 - 19:00
Days Off: Fully 5-day work week (Sat, Sun), National Holidays Leave: Summer holidays, Year-end/New Year holidays, Annual paid leave, Congratulatory/Bereavement leave
Overtime: Approx. 10 hours/month
