仕事内容Job description ■Recruitment Background: From IT to "AX (AI Transformation)"
If "IT = handling internal inquiries" is considered "defensive," then this position is an "offensive" DX/AX position.
TechOcean's goal is to achieve discontinuous productivity improvement through the company-wide use of AI (AX).
To achieve this, they need not just administrators who sign up for existing SaaS services, but engineers who can "develop" unique business processes through API integration, script development, and generative AI implementation.
They are seeking an "AX Engineer" who will use his technical skills to directly solve management issues on a team directly reporting to the CTO.

■Specific Job Description
You will implement engineering solutions to operational issues in the business divisions (sales, CS, marketing) and back office.

Promoting AX (AI Transformation)

Developing and implementing specialized bots for internal business processes using generative AI (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)

Building RAG (Search Augmentation and Generation) for internal documents and knowledge bases

Providing AI utilization consulting and prompt engineering support to each department


In-house development of internal systems and tools

Building business automation workflows using API integration with Salesforce, Slack, Notion, etc.

Developing internal microtools and dashboards using Go/TypeScript, etc.

Building a robust system integration platform that goes beyond GAS (Google Apps Script) and iPaaS (Zapier)


Maintenance of internal infrastructure

Responding to internal inquiries

・Hands-on skills to consistently handle the design, development, and operation of internal IT.
└Including experience in Linux server management and cloud infrastructure (AWS, etc.) design and operation.

・Communication skills necessary for coordinating and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
