It implements a platform where universities and companies collaborate to "co-educate" students through skill development and perspective broadening starting from the early years.

■Recruitment Background: Lead the organization from "0→1" from a technical perspective alongside the SRE PM.
With the rapid expansion of their business, product reliability and development productivity are reaching a critical phase.
Currently, the organization has one "SRE PM" who outlines the SRE roadmap and vision.
仕事内容Job description As a "dedicated SRE engineer," you will not only build infrastructure, but also lead the incorporation of an SRE culture throughout the development team and the automation of operations.
○ Establishment of an SRE organization and culture (organizational design)
・Establishment of company-wide SLOs/SLIs and operational cycles
・Education and implementation of SRE practices (postmortems, etc.) for development teams
・Shifting mindsets from "defensive operations" to "offensive engineering"
○ Improved reliability and performance
・Improved observability and bottleneck elimination using tools like Grafana
・Load balancing and scaling design to withstand large-scale traffic
○ Maximizing the developer experience (DevEx)
・Building a stress-free CI/CD pipeline leveraging a backend perspective**
・Implementing IaC with the AWS CDK and self-service infrastructure development
○ Eliminating toil (pain)
・Complete elimination of manual work by scripting and automating operational tasks
