仕事内容Job description <Job Description>
- Localize the group's HR policies and systems for Japan, implementing and improving them in compliance with Japanese labor laws.
- Manage all HR operations, including employee entry and exit management, payroll and benefits, labor management, and employee relations.
- Work with HRBPs to promote group-led HR policies and projects in Japan.
- Provide HR and labor support and advice to each business division.
- Review and optimize HR operations in response to business growth and organizational changes.
- Handle related tasks, including annual audits.

応募資格Requirement ▼Required Requirements
・University graduate or above
・8+ years of work experience in the human resources field
・Practical knowledge of Japanese labor law, personnel systems, and labor management
・Ability to independently execute various HR functions, including recruitment, labor, evaluation, compensation, and benefits, at a certain level
・Native-level Japanese proficiency
・Ability to communicate and coordinate smoothly with stakeholders

・Majoring in human resources, management, or a related field
・Experience working for a foreign-affiliated or Chinese-affiliated company
・Experience using Chinese or English at work
・Experience working in a multinational and multicultural environment
・Ability to adapt and work flexibly in a dynamic environment
