HR data concepts vary from organization to organization, making domain and data modeling extremely challenging. For this reason, we currently use Scrum development with one product per team to reduce cognitive load.
To further accelerate business growth, we are seeking a Tech Lead who can lead the team and development from a technical perspective.

❐ Tech Lead (Backend Engineer) Job Description

- Server-side design, development, and performance improvement for existing and new services
- Extract technical requirements from customer needs and make implementation decisions and technology selections that maximize business impact
- Design a highly productive team structure and implement and operate the architecture
- Build an environment that balances development speed and quality, including implementing automated testing and optimizing the CI/CD pipeline
You will be responsible for a wide range of product development missions, including:

応募資格Requirement [Required Requirements]
- Japanese language proficiency equivalent to N1
- Affirmative understanding of HRBrain's purpose, mission, and values
- Experience developing web applications using statically typed languages ​​and relational databases
- Experience developing in a team of five or more people
- Practical experience in designing, reviewing, and improving code with a focus on quality, including readability, maintainability, and testability
- One of the following:
- Experience designing and implementing with a focus on performance (scalability, response time, resource optimization, etc.)
- Experience implementing technologies and measures to improve development productivity and achieving results
- Basic knowledge of data structures and algorithms and experience applying them to problem-solving

[Preferred Requirements]
- Experience developing using the Go language
- Experience leading technology selection and architecture design
- Experience with DDD, Clean Architecture, and microservice architecture
- Experience developing using the public cloud
- Experience developing with large-scale codebases
