当社は製造自動化、倉庫自動化の他、幅広い分野でAI・ロボットによる自動化を進めておりっます。当社開発パートナーとの新規ロボット開発におけるソフトウェアエンジニアを募集しています。このポジションでは、新規ロボットの仕様策定・要件定義、問題解決、テスト活動支援の役割を担います。
職務詳細:
世界最先端の技術力を有する海外パートナーと連携し、ロボットのソフトウェアの設計およびソフトウェアインテグレーションを主導します。
ユースケースや運用環境を深く理解し、製品仕様書・技術ドキュメントへ適切に落とし込みます
開発プロセスにおける技術的課題の抽出・分析・優先度付けを行い、パートナーと協力して問題解決を進めます
開発スケジュールや進捗を管理し、円滑なコミュニケーションを通じてプロジェクトの品質と効率を向上させます
テスト計画の策定や検証活動を支援し、仕様適合性を確認したうえで製品リリースに貢献します。
We are advancing automation using AI and robotics across a wide range of fields, including manufacturing and warehouse automation. We are seeking a software engineer to work on new robot development projects in collaboration with our development partners. In this role, you will be responsible for defining specifications and requirements for new robots, resolving issues, and supporting testing activities.
Job Details:
Collaborate with overseas partners possessing world-class technical capabilities to lead robot software design and integration.
Gain a deep understanding of use cases and operational environments, translating them effectively into product specifications and technical documentation.
Identify, analyze, and prioritize technical challenges during the development process and work with partners to resolve them.
Manage development schedules and progress, ensuring smooth communication to enhance project quality and efficiency.
Support the formulation of test plans and verification activities, contributing to product releases by confirming adherence to specifications. |

【必須(MUST)】
・ロボティクスに関するシステムのソフトウェア研究開発の実務経験3年以上
・ロボティクスに関するソフトウェアのアーキテクト経験
・ロボティクスに関するプロジェクトのマネジメント経験
・C++、pythonを用いたプログラミング経験5年以上
・DockerやGitなどロボット開発に関わりの深い基本的な諸ツールへの深い造詣
・ネットワークや、センサやデバイスに関する基礎的な知識および運用経験
・ビジネスに支障のない程度の英語を用いた会話力
【歓迎(WANT)】
・国際的なパートナー企業との共同開発経験
・TOEIC 800点程度の英語力(読み書き、メール対応に支障のないレベル)
・国際学会発表または論文投稿、またはそれと同水準の実績
・基盤モデルをはじめとする、生成AIに関する知識
・ソフトウェア領域のみならず、機械や電気といった分野をまたいだ研究開発の経験
・組み込みやリアルタイムOSでの開発経験
・シミュレータを用いたロボットの開発経験
・ロボティクスに関するクラウドアプリケーションの開発経験
・ROS、ROS2を用いたソフトウェアの開発・運用経験
・製品化プロセスに関する知識
・修士号以上の学位

【Must-Haves】
・At least 3 years of practical experience in software R&D for robotics systems
・Experience as a software architect in the robotics field
・Experience managing robotics-related projects
・At least 5 years of programming experience using C++ and Python
・Deep understanding of essential tools for robot development, such as Docker and Git
・Basic knowledge and operational experience regarding networks, sensors, and devices
・English conversational ability sufficient for business operations
【Nice-to-Haves】
・Experience in joint development with international partner companies
・English proficiency equivalent to a TOEIC score of 800 (capable of handling reading, writing, and email correspondence without issues)
・Experience presenting at international conferences, publishing research papers, or equivalent achievements
・Knowledge of generative AI, including foundation models
・Experience in R&D spanning multiple disciplines (e.g., mechanical or electrical engineering) in addition to software
・Experience developing for embedded systems or real-time operating systems (RTOS)
・Experience developing robots using simulators
・Experience developing cloud applications for robotics
・Experience developing and operating software using ROS or ROS2
・Knowledge of product commercialization processes
・Master’s degree or higher
