【お仕事の内容】
・プロジェクトゴールを目指し、プロジェクトの指揮者としてチームをリードする。
・プロジェクト計画、スケジュール、予算、リソース計画を策定、実施する。
・プロジェクトにおける進捗状況を監視し、リスクと問題を特定し、是正措置を行う
・プロジェクトの代表として、お客様と話し合い、アクションをチームへ落とし込む。
・お客様を含め、各部門のステークホルダーにプロジェクトの更新を報告する。
・プロジェクト運営の仕組みを整備し、プロジェクト業務プロセス改善をリードする。

・Aim for the project goal and lead the team as the project's conductor.
・Formulate and execute project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
・Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and take corrective action.
・As the project's representative, discuss with clients and translate actions into tasks for the team.
・Report project updates to stakeholders in each department, including clients.
・Establish project management mechanisms and lead improvement of project operational processes. |
 応募資格Requirement |
【必須要件】
・プロジェクトマネジメントの5年以上の経験
・ロジカルシンキング、ドキュメンテーション、ファシリテーション、コミュニケーションスキル
・サーバントリーダーシップのマインドセット
・マトリックス組織内で横断的なチームとの作業経験
・データ分析とレポート作成の経験を持つ強力な分析能力
・チーム環境内および単独でも仕事をする能力
・英語力:ビジネスレベル
・日本語力:ビジネス以上(N2)
【歓迎要件】
・Microsoft Project、JIRA、またはAsanaなどのプロジェクト管理ソフトウェアの使用能力
・インターナショナルな環境での業務経験
[Requirements]
・5 or more years of project management experience
・Logical thinking, documentation, facilitation, and communication skills
・Servant leadership mindset
・Experience working with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization
・Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and report preparation
・Ability to work both within a team environment and independently
・English: business level
・Japanese: above business level (N2)

Expected annual salary: 550～1100万円 (regular bonus of 6 months + performance bonus)

Overtime hours: Average 30 hours per month
