仕事内容Job description Job Overview
You will lead the front-end development of our remote inspection AI cloud applications .

【Responsibilities】
Application Development

Develop the remote inspection AI cloud for low-power IoT camera images .

①An application that uses on-site images and machine learning to streamline visual inspections of analog meters.

②An application that quantifies anomalies from on-site images to improve visual inspection efficiency.

Architecture Design

Design and upgrade SPA foundations based on Vue.js (TypeScript), including state management, routing, module structuring, and performance/accessibility strategies.

Coordinate with backend (Python/Flask + Rust/Axum) and API design (Swagger), clarifying schemas/contracts and planning future native integrations.

Implementation & Code Review

Actively code and lead PR review standards and coding conventions.

Promote a culture of type safety (TypeScript) and automated testing (unit tests with Jest, E2E with Playwright, etc.).

UX Design

Lead requirements definition, information architecture, UI prototyping, and user flow validation even in the absence of PMs/designers.

Maintain and operate design systems and component libraries (e.g., Storybook).

Tech Lead & Mentorship

Support team members with task breakdowns, estimations, pair/mob programming, and learning guidance.

Improve sprint operations, including Definition of Ready/Done, review SLAs, and quality gates.

応募資格Requirement Required Skills

Japanese proficiency sufficient for internal communication

5+ years of SPA development experience (Vue.js or React) with practical TypeScript experience

Experience leading frontend technology selection, architecture design, and refactoring

Hands-on development experience in small teams and leading code review processes

Practical experience with test design (unit and/or E2E) and ensuring quality via CI/CD

Experience implementing frontends with REST APIs and providing constructive feedback on API design

Preferred Skills

Knowledge or experience with Vue 3, Vite, Jest, Vue Router, including migration or introduction

Experience with Rust or functional programming languages

Experience designing and maintaining design systems or UI component libraries

Experience in web performance optimization and accessibility improvements

Experience in integration development with Python/Flask or schema-driven development

Experience deploying and monitoring web frontends on Azure (CDN, error tracking, Grafana, etc.)

Experience with native app development (Kotlin/Swift) or willingness to learn
