End-to-end responsibilities for data analytics projects, including requirements definition, design, construction, testing, release, operation, and maintenance of data platforms.

Data collection from various sources, and design, development, and operation of data pipelines (ETL/ELT processes).

Data management tasks, including data quality control, metadata management, data governance, and security measures.

Mentoring junior team members, managing tasks, and supporting project coordination with related departments and overseas offices.

Researching new technologies, conducting PoCs, and establishing and disseminating best practices in data engineering.

Documentation, facilitating internal communication, and providing training and support for effective data utilization within the company.

Development Environment

Infrastructure: Google Cloud (BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Compute Engine, etc.)

Pipeline Tools: Dataform, Digdag, etc.

Programming Languages: SQL, Python, Shell scripting, etc.

Management Tools: Git, CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Cloud Build, etc.)

Task Management & Communication: Notion, Slack, etc.

応募資格Requirement Required Skills
・At least 3 years of experience in building and operating cloud data platforms, such as Google Cloud or BigQuery.
・Experience designing and implementing data pipelines using SQL and Python.
・Practical knowledge and experience with ETL/ELT processes.
・Experience as a team lead or mentor, having guided and developed 2–3 or more engineers.
・Ability to communicate effectively in Japanese, particularly for internal communication within the company, as well as with external stakeholders.

Preferred Skills
・Deep understanding and practical experience in data management areas, such as data governance, metadata management, and data quality management.
・Experience participating in global projects or proficiency in English communication.
・Experience operating pipeline tools.
・Knowledge of distributed processing architectures for large-scale data (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
・Knowledge of DevOps or MLOps practices.
・Experience building and operating cloud data platforms on AWS, Azure, or other cloud services.
