仕事内容Job description Position Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for strategic planning, campaign management, and performance analysis, focusing primarily on Amazon Advertising.
Based on each e-commerce client’s KPIs, you will manage advertising operations end-to-end—from campaign design and execution to optimization and improvement proposals—to maximize advertising effectiveness.
You will also conduct business reviews, share industry insights, and, for certain projects, collaborate with the analytics team using Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC) to deliver data-driven improvement strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Participate in regular meetings with e-commerce clients to report performance results, identify challenges, and propose actionable solutions

Design and propose advertising strategies aligned with clients’ KPIs and business goals

Execute and manage advertising campaigns—primarily Amazon Ads (including Amazon DSP)
Depending on the company’s situation, you may also manage advertising campaigns on other platforms

Optimize campaigns using Quartile, including bid adjustments, keyword management, and campaign structure optimization

Monitor and improve key performance metrics such as ACoS, ROAS, CTR, and CVR

Collaborate with data analysts and the data team to propose data-driven advertising initiatives (e.g., promotional strategies for new listings, ad optimization during sales periods)

応募資格Requirement Required Skills

Native or fluent level of Japanese

Hands-on experience managing Amazon Advertising campaigns (strong understanding of Sponsored Ads formats)

Experience in client-facing roles, including developing and executing advertising strategies based on client needs

Strong numerical and analytical skills using Excel or Google Sheets

Excellent logical thinking, problem-solving, and proposal skills

Ability to work backward from business goals to develop hypotheses and actionable strategies

Preferred Skills

Experience managing DSP or social media advertising campaigns (e.g., Google, Yahoo, Criteo, The Trade Desk, TikTok, etc.)

Basic business communication skills in English (for collaboration with global headquarters)

Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central

Experience in digital advertising campaign planning and operations

Experience in customer success for SaaS products

Ability to proactively identify issues and propose improvement measures

Broad knowledge of digital marketing strategies and channels

Data analysis skills using tools such as Excel and Google Analytics
