当社のSaaS型ビジネスマッチングサービス(Linkers For Bank/Business)は、事業拡大フェーズを迎えており、サービスの品質向上や機能改善の加速が急務です。顧客への提供価値を一層高めるべく体制強化を進める中で、技術面での中核を担い、成長を推し進めるテックリードエンジニアを募集することとなりました。
【仕事内容】
テックリードとして、システムの設計・改善や開発を推進しつつ、メンバーの育成やステークホルダーとの連携まで担っていただきます。技術的負債の解消から新サービスの構築まで幅広くリードし、事業拡大を技術面から支える中核的な存在として活躍いただくことを期待しています。
・開発チームや社内ステークホルダーとのコミュニケーション
・チームへの技術的なメンタリングやコードレビューの実施
・既存システムの過去の技術的負債回収を含めた、再設計・リファクタリングのリード
・ビジネス拡大に向けた開発プロジェクトの横断的な参画・技術的側面のリード
・サービス強化のための新規サブシステム設計・構築のリード
・新規メンバーの採用活動への参加(技術的評価)

Their SaaS-based business matching service (Linkers For Bank/Business) is entering a business expansion phase, and accelerating improvements to service quality and functionality is an urgent priority. As they continue to strengthen their organization to further increase the value they provide to their customers, they are seeking a Tech Lead Engineer to play a central role on the technical side and drive growth.
[Job Description]
As a Tech Lead, you will drive system design, improvement, and development, while also nurturing team members and collaborating with stakeholders. They expect you to lead a wide range of roles, from resolving technical debt to building new services, and play a central role in technically supporting business expansion.
- Communicate with the development team and internal stakeholders
- Provide technical mentoring to the team and conduct code reviews
- Lead redesign and refactoring of existing systems, including recovering past technical debt
- Participate in cross-sectional development projects aimed at business expansion and lead the technical aspects
- Lead the design and construction of new subsystems to enhance their services
- Participate in recruiting activities for new members (technical evaluation) |

[Required Requirements]
▼Meet all of the following requirements.
- Experience proposing and building consensus with development team members and internal stakeholders
- Product design
- High-level design reviews
- Experience proposing and promoting development and improvements that consider profitability and cost-effectiveness
- Product construction
- Experience making decisions with profit-making activities in mind

- N1 Certification
- Experience equivalent to N1 Certification
(e.g., graduate of a Japanese university, work experience at a Japanese company, etc.)

Days Off: 2 days off per week (Saturdays and Sundays), public holidays
