Recently, the importance of ESG initiatives among companies has been increasing worldwide. As a startup spun out of Kyushu University, they have developed a unique analytical framework, including the world's first product/service-level ESG assessment, as well as human rights risk, biodiversity, and natural capital assessments. Their strength lies not only in their existing ESG assessments, but also in their ability to contribute to companies and society through "specific data analysis directly linked to social issues." Their services have already been adopted by major corporations, financial institutions, and auditing firms, and their business is rapidly expanding. To accommodate further project expansion, they are seeking a senior analyst who can lead analysis from planning to execution. This position will also contribute to the development of their unique analytical framework. |

■職務内容 シニアアナリストとして、次の業務を中心に担当いただきます。
①ESG・サステナビリティに関する分析プロジェクトの企画設計
②サプライチェーンリスク(生物多様性、人権リスク、炭素排出など)のデータ分析・モデル構築
③自然資本・社会資本に関する定量評価の設計・実行 ④社内の研究チーム・外部パートナーとの協働による新しい分析手法の開発
⑤クライアント向けの分析結果レポート
⑥プレゼンテーション資料の作成

■ Job Description As a Senior Analyst, you will be primarily responsible for the following tasks:
1. Planning and designing ESG/sustainability analysis projects
2. Data analysis and model building for supply chain risks (biodiversity, human rights risks, carbon emissions, etc.)
3. Designing and implementing quantitative assessments of natural and social capital
4. Developing new analytical methods in collaboration with their internal research team and external partners
5. Preparing analysis results for clients
6. Preparing presentation materials

●統計学・計量経済学・社会調査設計などを活用したデータ分析の実務経験
●サプライチェーンや非財務領域の分析経験(環境・人権・社会リスクなど)
●自ら分析課題を設定し、企画～実行までを主体的に推進した経験
●ESG・サステナビリティ分野でのコンサルティングまたは実務経験
▼歓迎要件
・ESG評価・国際基準(TNFD、SBTi、GRI、ISO等)に関する知識
・産業連関分析の経験 ・社会調査や大規模サーベイの設計・分析経験
・国際的な研究・コンサルティングプロジェクトへの参画経験
They are looking for candidates who have been involved in or possess at least some of the following experience and skills.
● Practical experience in data analysis using statistics, econometrics, social survey design, etc.
● Experience analyzing supply chains and non-financial areas (environment, human rights, social risks, etc.)
● Experience setting your own analytical agenda and leading the process from planning to execution
● Consulting or practical experience in the ESG and sustainability fields
▼ Preferred Requirements
・Knowledge of ESG evaluations and international standards (TNFD, SBTi, GRI, ISO, etc.)
・Experience with input-output analysis
・Experience designing and analyzing social research and large-scale surveys
・Experience participating in international research and consulting projects |
