仕事内容Job description In this position, you will serve as the PdM (Product Manager) for "Yoii Fuel," leading the product from strategy formulation to improvement and development promotion.

■Recruitment Background
In the two years since its official release, They have executed over 200 RBFs.
Since the product's launch, the number of companies adopting it and the number of uses have steadily increased, resulting in a need for feature development and updated user experience to provide it to a wider range of businesses.
In addition, there are many technical challenges, such as API integration and strengthening the AI ​​screening model, which have created a need for a PdM who can drive the business forward from a product perspective in parallel with business growth.

■Specifically
As a PdM, you will be responsible for the following tasks while working with the CEO, development team, and business team.

- Formulating product strategy and roadmap
- Planning short-, medium-, and long-term products based on the company's mission and business strategy
- Proposing new features and improvements with consideration for profitability and user value
- Designing KPIs and monitoring and improving numerical targets

- Project management
- Promoting development in collaboration with various departments, including engineers, designers, customer service, and sales
- Formulating and executing sprint and issue management and release plans

- UI/UX and operations design
- Proposing UI/UX improvements, including user flow and internal operations
- Implementing an improvement cycle based on customer financial data and usage history

- Planning and testing new features
- Considering specifications with an eye toward accounting software integration, strengthening audit logic, and multi-product development
- Measure effectiveness and propose improvements using A/B testing, heat maps, and more.

Startups typically raise capital through "debt financing" (such as bank loans) or "equity financing" (through the transfer of shares). However, these methods are time-consuming and labor-intensive, and often do not align with planned schedules. Yoii launched its RBF service to support rapid business growth, allowing companies to focus more on their core business. They currently work primarily with companies in businesses where sales are easy to predict, such as subscription-based businesses like SaaS and D2C.

Their API integration with various accounting management systems used by their clients allows us to obtain financial data such as customer sales and profits via API, and they can then use AI to forecast and review sales and provide funding through RBF.
応募資格Requirement [Required Qualifications]
Those with any of the following experience:
・Experience in product development and improvement, such as B2B SaaS
・PdM experience (2+ years)
・Project management experience involving multiple departments

[Preferred Qualifications]
・Experience in business development (marketing, alliances, etc.)
・Experience in new service launches and phase 0-1
・Experience with financial products, ad tech, and data-based products
・Knowledge and experience in interpreting three financial statements
