仕事内容Job description [Job Overview / Mission]
Marketing Plan Development and Execution
Lead the planning and execution of concepts and marketing strategies for seasonal new product campaigns conducted at Starbucks stores nationwide (e.g., spring cherry blossom season campaigns, Christmas campaigns).

Planning and Strategy Development:
Design campaign concepts and customer journeys to ensure new products—such as limited-time Frappuccino® beverages, coffee beans, and merchandise like tumblers—are widely recognized and purchased.
This includes planning what campaign concept to use, who the target audience is, which product features to highlight, through which channels (in-store, SNS, etc.), and how to communicate them.
Ultimately, the goal is to strengthen customer engagement with Starbucks.

Execution:
In line with the developed plan, collaborate with relevant departments and external partners (advertising agencies, design firms, printing companies, etc.) to manage the production of in-store promotional materials, negotiate with vendors, and conduct campaign reviews as part of the full PDCA cycle.

[Specific Responsibilities]

Develop seasonal new product campaign concepts (e.g., for New Year campaigns, creating a concept such as “Delivering warm and relaxing moments”).

Plan sales promotion strategies based on the concepts (e.g., launch events, nationwide in-store tasting events).

Execute the plans (e.g., producing in-store materials, drafting internal communication documents), and negotiate/manage external partners such as advertising agencies, production companies, and printers.

Lead cross-functional teams and manage budgets.

Conduct campaign reviews after the sales period ends to identify future challenges and opportunities.

Note: Creative development, media PR, and digital communication (including SNS) are managed by separate teams. This role serves as a hub, collaborating with those teams while leading the overall campaign execution.

Approximately 10 such campaigns are conducted annually, and this role will take charge of several of them.

In addition to campaigns, you may also be responsible for cross-departmental projects (e.g., planning collaborations with other companies, or promoting sustainability initiatives).

The stance expected is to continuously take on new challenges as a leading company in the café market and plan initiatives that exceed customer expectations.
