職種Position PdM / PM / PMO / PL / QA
会社概要Company profile They are a startup founded by a founder who has worked in startups in France, Silicon Valley, and Israel. They develop and sell SaaS that uses AI and other technologies to analyze 3D data on the cloud. Our own platform service that processes 3D point cloud data on the cloud has analyzed over 10,000 construction sites both in Japan and overseas in the year and a half since its release, and is used by users not only throughout Japan but also around the world.

And on April 1, 2024, they joined the group company through M&A with Zenrin Co., Ltd. This is a new phase that combines the speedy culture of a startup with the economic stability of a large company.
仕事内容Job description They develop and provide "ScanX," a SaaS product that eliminates inefficiencies in the construction industry and supports improved infrastructure development productivity. It's a cloud service that uses technology to transform manual and highly personalized work processes at construction and civil engineering sites through the analysis and utilization of 3D point cloud data.

ScanX is currently evolving by incorporating user feedback and entering a critical phase in which it is tackling fundamental challenges in the industry. To further accelerate this growth, they are welcoming a new Product Manager (PdM).

This position requires a deep understanding of on-site challenges and the ability to collaborate with engineers to materialize solutions as products. This challenging environment is ideal for candidates with both technical expertise and a user perspective, as they will be able to lead the product's growth and business expansion.

The PdM will take on the product owner-like role currently played by the CTO, and will be tasked with increasing the scalability of the entire product team. As the CTO will focus on R&D, they expect the PdM to serve as a central figure connecting user understanding and engineering, leading the formulation of product strategy and development.

They welcome applications from individuals who are passionate about user-centered product development to solve on-site challenges in the construction and civil engineering fields.

■Workstyle
They are a global team of talented members from various countries, including Japan, Indonesia, Germany, and the Philippines. They offer a collaborative and innovative work style with flexible options for remote and in-office work.

They encourage those living in Japan to come into the office, and the basic system is a hybrid work schedule of about two days a week rather than full-time in-office work. While daily communication is conducted in both English and Japanese, you can work comfortably even if you only speak Japanese. Many members are bilingual or can interpret, and we have a well-established language support system.

■Expected Work Content
- Identifying issues and preparing reports through interviews with construction industry users and accompanying on-site staff.
- Creating requirements definitions and basic specifications based on user understanding, and researching competing services.
- Collaborating with the CTO and development team to consider technical requirements and incorporate them into specifications.
- Improving usability through consultations with product designers and adjusting specifications on a daily basis during the development process.
- Final confirmation (acceptance testing) before release and explaining features to internal teams.
- After going independent, designing and monitoring KPIs (metrics) and formulating product strategies and roadmaps with the CTO.
