In recent years, the company has been focusing on apparel development and customization based on the feedback of top athletes around the world.
Based on various physical data such as temperature, humidity, movement, muscle contraction, and sweating, as well as the characteristics of the sport, the company designs materials, structures, and fit down to the finest details.
By analyzing the movements of professional athletes and incorporating their feedback, the company is advancing the development of apparel that scientifically enhances performance.

For example, the company optimizes the breathability, stretchability, and stitching lines of the fabric to match the air conditioning environment during matches and the athletes' range of motion. Currently, we are seeking new team members to strengthen the team responsible for developing, fitting, and customizing apparel for professional athletes.
We are seeking individuals who wish to utilize their experience in apparel pattern design and sportswear development to
work on the front lines supporting athletes competing on the world stage.

【Specific Responsibilities】
• Product development incorporating top athletes' requests (prototyping, testing)
• Custom design creation and instruction manual development for athletes
• Athlete apparel support (fitting, product procurement)
• Planning and development of competition apparel for professional athletes (tops, bottoms, dresses, etc.)
• Fitting and customization tailored to competition characteristics, positions, and individual athletes
• Material selection, prototyping, and verification promotion
• Proposing and implementing improvements to sewing specifications and structures based on athlete feedback
• Coordinating mass production and prototyping with suppliers (material procurement, delivery schedule management, quality checks, etc.)
• Promoting development through collaboration with internal planning and marketing departments and suppliers
