 仕事内容Job description |
弊社は、GMOインターネットグループ初の不動産テック企業として「GMO賃貸DX」シリーズを提供しています。
GMO賃貸DXは、「オーナーアプリ」「入居者アプリ」など複数のDX製品があり、賃貸管理に関わる管理会社様を中心に入居者、オーナーをつなげて業務効率化ができる唯一の製品です。
オーナー向けアプリ、入居者向けアプリ、オーナーCRM等続々とサービスを生み出しており、今回、ブランディング強化を推進すべく、マーケティング部署専任のデザイナーを募集いたします。
■具体的な業務内容
・iOS/Androidアプリ、Web管理画面のUI/UX目線でのデザイン企画と制作 ・ランディングページ、サービス説明サイト、コーポレートサイトの改修、改善・サイトの更新、修正、設計提案
・プレスリリースに掲載するデザインの制作
・賃貸DXメディア(https://chintaidx.com/media/)に掲載するバナー制作
・ホワイトペーパーの作成
・販促物制作時のデザイン
・フライヤーなど紙面デザイン
・バナー作成、アイキャッチ作成
・Power Point (図式・図解のイラスト)
・イラスト作成(Illustrator、Photoshop必須)
■利用するツール類
・Figma ・Adobe Creative Cloud(Photoshop,Illustrator,XD,Premiere Pro他)・WordPress
As the GMO Internet Group's first real estate tech company, we offer the "GMO Chintai DX" series.
GMO Chintai DX offers multiple DX products, including an "Owner App" and a "Tenant App," and is the only product that connects tenants and owners, primarily for property management companies, to improve operational efficiency.
We are continually creating services such as apps for owners, tenants, and owner CRM, and are now hiring a dedicated designer for our marketing department to further strengthen our branding.
■Specific Job Description
・Design planning and production from a UI/UX perspective for iOS/Android apps and web admin panels
・Renovation and improvement of landing pages, service explanation sites, and corporate websites
・Site updates, corrections, and design proposals
・Design production for press releases
・Banner production for Renta DX Media (https://chintaidx.com/media/)
・White paper creation
・Design for promotional materials
・Print design for flyers and other materials
・Banner creation and eye-catching creation
・PowerPoint (diagrams and diagrams)
・Illustration creation (Illustrator and Photoshop required)

■必須要件
・流暢クラスの日本語力(N1)
・webコーディング(WordPress 必須)
└WordPressテーマ作成に必要なPHPコーディング等
・スマホ・WEBアプリのUI/UXデザインスキル・ポートフォリオのご提出が可能な方
■歓迎条件
・MAツール(pardotフォーム経験あれば尚よし 社内で教育します)
・Github利用経験
■Requirements
- Fluent level Japanese language proficiency (N1)
- Web coding (WordPress required)
└PHP coding required for WordPress theme creation, etc.
- UI/UX design skills for smartphones and web apps, and the ability to submit a portfolio
■Preferred Qualifications
- Marketing Automation (MA) tools (experience with Pardot Forms is a plus; in-house training will be provided)
