当社もこの流れの中で、研究開発の現場の効率化を目指すソルーションである管理システム(ワークフローとデータ追跡・データ管理・データ分析・および電子実験ノート統合などの機能を備えた、ソフトウェア)の提供をしています。
上記の開発に当たっては、「システムエンジニア+データ分析(機械学習、AI)エンジニア」としての役割が求められます。

Additionally, as part of the recent trend toward digital transformation, there is a growing trend to digitize and automate factory manufacturing processes and R&D sites to improve the efficiency of on-site work.
As part of this trend, they are providing management systems (software with functions such as workflow and data tracking, data management, data analysis, and electronic lab notebook integration) that are solutions aimed at improving the efficiency of on-site R&D work.

【お仕事の内容】
1.製造プロセスのデジタル化、自動化のためのシステム開発に関わるコンサルタント
(1)自社設備保全管理システムの高機能化
(2)製造プロセス、研究開発プロセスのデジタル化、自動化
2.機械学習および深層学習に基づくデータ分析、予測に係わるシステムのコンサルタント
(1)センサー情報に基づく工場、研究開発の現場における機器、設備管理
(2)機械学習および深層学習によるセンサー情報の解析とデジタル化、自動化システムとの連携
(3)自然言語処理を利用した機器、設備管理
[Job description]
1. Consulting related to system development for digitalization and automation of manufacturing processes
(1) Improving the functionality of our in-house equipment maintenance management system
(2) Digitalization and automation of manufacturing and research and development processes
2. Consulting on systems related to data analysis and prediction based on machine learning and deep learning
(1) Equipment and facility management in factories and R&D sites based on sensor information
(2) Analysis and digitization of sensor information using machine learning and deep learning, and integration with automation systems

【必須要件】
・必要な日本語力:日本語で面接できる方(N3~N2相当)
・統計処理を含む各種機械学習および深層学習の解析手法に関する知識を有する方
・オブジェクト指向言語(Python, Java, C++)を使用したプログラミング経験を有する
・大学での数学、物理学、工学の専攻者で上記業務に興味を有する方
