• Management experience is preferred, such as: Team leader, store manager, supervisor, operations lead, sales control, or any role involving KPI or staff management

条件・待遇Condition Compensation & Benefits
Annual Salary: ¥3.6M – ¥4.8M
Monthly Pay: From ¥300,000
• Base Salary: From ¥222,101
• Fixed Overtime Pay: ¥77,899 (covers 45 hrs/month)
• Additional overtime paid separately if exceeded
• Transportation allowance up to ¥50,000/month
• Salary review: Once per year (January)
• Bonus: None
Work Hours:
• Variable working hours (monthly average: 162.6 hrs)
• Shift Examples:
o 7:00–16:00
o 14:00–23:00
o 22:00–07:00
o 16:00–10:00 (next day, includes 2-hr break)
