仕事内容Job description You will be in charge of the air conditioning optimization solutions business in the Air Conditioning Optimization Team of the Construction Solutions Division.

Their company provides air conditioning optimization solutions such as large heat source equipment operation control and building air conditioning control. Your job will be to develop products that use machine learning/reinforcement learning technology to predict air conditioning demand and optimally control the operation of air conditioning equipment based on the prediction.

- Development of cost-saving air conditioning equipment operation control systems for district heating and cooling and large heat sources
- Product development of air conditioning optimization systems
- Negotiations with clients in cooperation with the sales team and control

応募資格Requirement [Required requirements]
- Knowledge and experience in AI, machine learning, and deep learning (especially programming experience in Python)
- Knowledge and practical experience in optimization and automatic control of systems, plants, and factories, or knowledge and practical experience in data mining, sensor data analysis, time series forecasting, and statistical causal inference

- Basic English skills (reading and writing ability required from a research perspective)

[Preferred requirements]
- Knowledge and practical experience in multi-objective optimization, model predictive control, reinforcement learning, and simulator construction
- Practical experience in optimization of systems, plants, and factories using model predictive control and reinforcement learning
- Simulation experience using EnergyPlus
