仕事内容Job description Their Construction Solutions Division aims to improve productivity and ensure safety at construction sites by making full use of digital twin technology.

They are currently looking for motivated engineers who want to grow together as part of a team and make an impact on the construction industry.

[Job details]
You will work with team members to promote AI development and value provision in order to solve their customers' problems.

Specifically,
・Implementation and development of construction machinery simulators

・Unity software development related to the construction industry

・Algorithm development for simulators related to the construction industry (mathematical optimization, genetic algorithms, etc.)

They would like you to play a wide range of roles according to your aptitude and wishes.

You will be involved in the development of solutions such as the following.

■BIM/CIM linked crane simulator
Enables the consideration of placement and transportation plans for construction machinery such as cranes in 3D using BIM/CIM data.

It can be used not only for planning before construction, but also for reviewing plans during construction, making it easier to share information and foster a common understanding among stakeholders, thereby improving the efficiency and sophistication of construction work.

応募資格Requirement [Required requirements]
- 3+ years of development experience using Unity
- Team development experience using Git, etc.
- Business-level Japanese language skills

[Preferred requirements]
- Experience with architectural simulation
- Development experience using Unreal Engine (including script implementation)
- Development experience using 3D point cloud processing
- Experience using Linux (Ubuntu, etc.)
- Robotics development experience (in a ROS environment)
- Experience with deep learning and other AI development
- Knowledge of optimization algorithms such as evolutionary computation
- Basic English skills (required from a research perspective and internal communication perspective)
