They are looking for candidates with experience in managing the development of robots or robot-like mechanical products.
Applicants with expertise in mechanical dynamics, image processing, and control theory are preferred.In-house Product Software Development & Contract Development

【必須要件】
・社会人経験 5年以上
・プロジェクトのマネージメント経験 3年以上
・PythonまたはC++での開発経験 ロボットやロボットに近い機械製品の立上げ・開発・試験・保守を一通り経験しており、自身もコーディング実績があること
・Linuxを用いた開発経験 ターミナル上で使用する基本的なコマンドを習得していること
・日本語能力(JLPT N1相当) 顧客とのビジネスレベルのコミュニケーションができること
・英語能力 社内の外国籍エンジニアとの業務連絡レベルのコミュニケーションができること
歓迎スキル・経験 / preferred requirement
・Scrumを用いたアジャイル開発の経験
・ロボットビジョンのシステム構築およびソフトウェア開発の経験
・ROS1(Robot Operating System)/ ROS2使用経験
・CADを利用した機械設計の経験
・マイコンを利用したメカトロニクスの経験

Required Qualifications
More than 5 years of professional work experience.
Over 3 years of project management experience.
Development experience in Python or C++, with hands-on experience in launching, developing, testing, and maintaining robots or robot-like mechanical products, including actual coding work.
Experience in development using Linux, with knowledge of basic terminal commands.
Japanese language proficiency equivalent to JLPT N1, capable of business-level communication with clients.
English language proficiency sufficient for communication with foreign engineers within the company.
Preferred Skills and Experience
Experience in agile development using Scrum.
Experience in building robot vision systems and related software development.
Experience using ROS1 (Robot Operating System) and/or ROS2.
Experience in mechanical design using CAD software.
Experience in mechatronics involving microcontrollers.
Experience in software development related to AI. |
