・HATS ダッシュボード(Vue.js+TypeScript)の新規機能開発・改善
・リアルタイム通信(WebSocket/WebRTC)を用いたロボット状態モニタ・制御 UI の実装
・CSSフレームワーク(Tailwind、Bootstrap)を用いたデザインシステム/コンポーネントライブラリ の構築・運用
・AWS(EKS/CDK)上での フロントエンド CI/CD パイプライン整備 とパフォーマンス最適化
・プロダクトマネージャ・デザイナー・バックエンド/ロボットエンジニアとの要件定義・仕様策定
・ユーザ行動ログ分析に基づく UI/UX 改善・A/B テスト の企画実行
・新規 SaaS/受託 Web アプリ(BtoB ダッシュボード、データ可視化ツール等)の 0→1 開発

◆◇ Responsibilities ◆◇
Develop and improve new features for the HATS Dashboard using Vue.js and TypeScript
Implement UI for robot status monitoring and control using real-time communication technologies (WebSocket / WebRTC)
Build and maintain a design system and component library using CSS frameworks such as Tailwind CSS and Bootstrap
Optimize performance and set up a CI/CD pipeline for frontend applications on AWS (EKS / CDK)
Collaborate with product managers, designers, backend and robotics engineers to define requirements and specifications
Plan and execute UI/UX improvements and A/B testing based on user behavior analytics
Lead 0→1 development of new SaaS and custom web applications (e.g., B2B dashboards, data visualization tools)

必須スキル・経験 / minimum requirement
・日本語能力(JLPT N1以上) 社内の日本人エンジニアと業務連絡レベルのコミュニケーションが可能なこと
・SPA(Vue.js/React/Nuxt/Next 等)を用いたフロントエンド開発経験 5年以上
・HTML/CSS、JavaScript/TypeScript の知識
・Git、Docker、Linux 環境でのチーム開発経験
・日本語んでの要件定義書、仕様書、ユーザーガイド などドキュメント作成スキル
歓迎スキル・経験 / preferred requirement
・AWS 上での基本的なアプリケーションデプロイ経験(EC2/S3/Lambda など)
・Cloud Formation、CDK、Terraform などによるクラウドインフラ構築経験
・WebSocket/WebRTC 等のリアルタイム通信を伴う UI 開発
・BtoB SaaS/ダッシュボード型サービスの 0→1 立ち上げ経験
・バックエンド(Node.js/Ruby/Python 等)や DevOps 領域への知見、実装経験
・Figma、Storybook を用いたデザインシステム運用経験
Required Qualifications
Japanese language proficiency: JLPT N1or higher, with the ability to communicate at a business level with Japanese engineers in the company.
More than 5 years of professional work experience.
Development experience in Python or C++, with proven coding experience in software for robots or similar mechanical products.
Experience in development using Linux, with knowledge of basic terminal commands.
Preferred Skills and Experience
Experience in building robot vision systems and related software development.
Experience using ROS1 (Robot Operating System) and/or ROS2.
Participation in robot-related projects such as robot contests.
Experience in mechanical design using CAD software.
Experience with mechatronics involving microcontrollers.
Experience in software development in AI-related fields. |
