The Global IT Department is the central organization that formulates IT strategies and plans and promotes the planning, development, and deployment of core systems based on the Group's overall business strategy and medium-term management plan. The Global IT Department is also responsible for directing and supervising security measures against enterprise-wide cyber risks, and strengthening IT governance for the entire group across divisions and borders.

[Position Summary: Cyber Security Officer]
This position is dedicated to security with the goal of protecting the Group's information systems from risks such as cyber attacks and information leaks. This position is responsible for leading comprehensive security activities such as monitoring, analysis, response, and education, while utilizing the latest technologies and tools to respond to ever-evolving cyber threats.

[Main Responsibilities]
・Security Monitoring
Constantly monitor network and system behavior, detect suspicious access and abnormal behavior, and provide initial response
・Incident Response
Investigate causes, assess impact, and develop and implement recurrence prevention measures in the event of a cyber attack or security incident
・Risk Assessment
Assess internal systems and Diagnose vulnerabilities of internal systems and cloud services, etc., assess risks, and formulate countermeasure policies
・Security policy formulation and operation
Formulate information security standards applicable to global systems, and plan and implement training and awareness activities for employees
・Introduction of latest technologies
Evaluate and consider introduction of new security technologies and tools (e.g: EDR, SIEM, Zero Trust, etc.)
・Correspondence to compliance

[Overview]
The company is a sports manufacturer with over 2500 employees worldwide and 1500 in Japan.
