仕事内容Job description [Overview]
The company is a sports manufacturer with over 2,500 employees worldwide and 1,500 in Japan. The company is currently pursuing a strategy of expanding sales globally, with the goal of doubling or tripling its current sales in the future. Therefore, the number of employees will continue to increase. In addition, they will need to introduce IT systems and DX, and the number of IT personnel required is expected to increase from the current 60 to more than 100. Therefore, they have established a Global IT team from July 2025 to oversee the entire global operations. This position will be assigned as a founding member of the Global IT team.

The company has implemented SAP as its ERP system. The Global IT team is currently working on the implementation and penetration of SAP in the US (other ERP systems are currently in place). (Other ERP systems are currently in place.)

[Position Summary: IT Infrastructure Manager]
This position is responsible for the design, construction, and operation of the global IT infrastructure environment (network, servers, and cloud) for the entire company group, supporting improved operational efficiency and stable system operation. This is an extremely important position that supports the company's sustainable growth from the aspect of infrastructure, working to enhance security and optimize performance while incorporating ever-evolving technologies.

[Main Responsibilities]
・Design, construction, and operation of IT infrastructure
Maintain a stable system environment through design, construction, monitoring, and fault handling of global network, server, and cloud environments
・Technology implementation and optimization
Promote evaluation, implementation, and optimization of new technologies and tools to improve operational efficiency and productivity

Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to support infrastructure project planning and execution.

Infrastructure operation management: Monitoring and trouble-shooting of network, server, and cloud operations
Security enhancement: Conducting vulnerability assessments and implementing and maintaining security measures

応募資格Requirement [Required Skills and Experience]

Experience in any of the following:
- Experience in designing, building, and operating networks, servers, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.)
- Experience troubleshooting and handling system failures
- Experience operating and managing Linux/Windows servers
- Experience building intercontinental VPNs and dedicated lines Experience in building intercontinental VPNs and leased lines (e.g., including knowledge of GFW avoidance in China, etc.)
・Knowledge of information security measures and risk management
・Problem solving and logical thinking skills for technical issues
・Smooth communication and collaboration within and outside the team
