仕事内容Job description Summary: We are seeking an experienced Cloud Engineering Manager to join our dynamic team. You will lead complex development projects and manage our global Infrastructure team. This role requires leadership in technical design, execution, and mentoring, ensuring high-quality infrastructure services are delivered on time and within budget.


Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of cloud engineers.
- Design, provision, and maintain cloud infrastructure primarily on GCP using Terraform, with support for AWS as needed.
- Manage and optimize Kubernetes environments, focusing on EKS and GKE.
- Identify and resolve infrastructure issues, providing structured solutions.
- Oversee and enforce security policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks.
- Conduct vulnerability scans, penetration testing, and regular security assessments.
- Align infrastructure strategies with business goals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and continuously improve processes.

応募資格Requirement Required Skills
- Proven leadership in managing infrastructure teams and cloud environments.

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

条件・待遇Condition Employment: Full-time employee

Probationary period: 3 months *There will be no change in salary and treatment during this period.

Salary: 6-12 million yen

Salary will be determined in consideration of experience and ability in accordance with our company's regulations.
The above amount includes 40 hours of estimated overtime. Additional payment will be made for overtime work in excess of 40 hours.

Salary revision: Once a year
*There is a possibility of up to twice a year if achievements and performance are highly evaluated.

Employment Hours:
10:00-19:00 (8 hours a day for labor and 1 hour for rest)
Average over time at work: 20 hours/month
