現在募集中の海外進学コンサルタントのポジションは、海外進学をご希望の生徒・保護者に対して、海外進学のガイダンスを行い、出願戦略を提示するお仕事です。
主にはお客様のゴールやニーズに合わせて、最適な支援計画をご提案し、入塾に向けたコンサルティング・営業活動を行います。
そのほかにも以下のような業務内容を扱います。
・海外進学個別相談会の実施(お客様のヒアリング、サービスの提案)
・Crimsonのブランド認知度を高めるためのイベントの企画や運営
・学校での講演や就職説明会、Crimsonで運営するセミナーなどの活動
英語を活用しながらグローバル人材の育成や生徒の進学支援に携わる、やりがいのあるお仕事です。

The position of overseas study consultant currently hiring involves providing guidance on overseas study and presenting application strategies to students and parents who wish to study abroad.
You will mainly propose the best support plan based on the goals and needs of the customer, and provide consulting and sales activities for enrollment.
You will also handle the following duties.
- Holding individual overseas study consultation sessions (listening to customers and proposing services)
- Planning and running events to increase Crimson's brand awareness
- Activities such as lectures at schools, job fairs, and seminars run by Crimson

They moved to a new office in December 2024. It is a calm working environment with facilities such as a lecture room where face-to-face events can be held and a conference room that can be used for individual consultations. Dress code is casual in the office.
