仕事内容Job description *This position is available only for people residing in Japan
・Inside Sales Responsibilities
・Initial approach to leads
・Collecting and recording information on prospective customers’ industry, scale, challenges, and implementation status
・Qualification of leads based on budget, decision makers, needs, and timing (SAL)
・Follow-up on seminar and event leads
・Appointment scheduling and confirmation
・Lead nurturing
・Reflecting activities in CRM and managing progress
・Handover of qualified leads to field sales
・Marketing activities to acquire leads
・Field Sales Responsibilities
・Understanding customer needs and hearing about challenges
・Proposing solutions
・Preparing and explaining quotes and proposals
・Supporting approval document preparation, and negotiating contract terms
・Contract execution using electronic contract systems
・Managing sales processes using CRM
・Creating opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
・Customer Success Responsibilities
・Designing and executing onboarding (initial implementation support, training on usage, etc.)
・Monitoring customer usage and regular follow-up
・Supporting customers with move-in, answering questions, and resolving issues
・Collecting customer satisfaction and cancellation reasons and proposing improvements
・Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling

応募資格Requirement ■ Required Qualifications
・Business-level Japanese (N2 or above)
・Alignment with the company’s mission, purpose, and vision
・3+ years of practical experience in sales or customer success (5+ years for senior roles)
・For senior applicants, experience as a manager or leader in sales or customer success
・Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education level
・Native-level Japanese and conversational English skills
・Proficient in basic operations of Google, Microsoft, and other cloud tools

■ Preferred Qualifications
・Experience creating websites, videos, photos, or other creative content
・Experience studying or living abroad
・Ability to speak Chinese
